Until the events of my encounter with BestBuy, their "Service Center" and the "Geek Squad" unfolded, I had been a long time time shopper and good customer of BestBuy.
I bought roughly 90-95% of all my electronics, music and movies there. On almost every electronic product over $100, I have also purchased their "extended warrantee" as well.
